We wanted to make a website where people can buy and sell hardware things easily. So, we did some research:
We looked at other websites like Amazon and Flipkart to see what they do well and what they don't.
We asked people what they want when they buy and sell hardware things online.
We checked what's popular and what people are buying online.
What We Found:
People want a website that's easy to use and has clear information about products.
People want to feel safe when they buy things online.
People want to find what they're looking for quickly.
What We Did:
We made a website with the following features:-
Easy Navigation: A simple menu that helps people find what they need.
Clear Product Info: We give people all the details they need to know about a product, with pictures and descriptions.
Trust and Safety: We make sure people can pay safely and we work with brands they can trust.
Quick Search: We have a search bar that helps people find what they're looking for fast.
Recently Viewed & Best Selling
Recently Viewed & Best Selling Helped users quickly return to products they liked or see trending items.
Categories Section
Clearly displayed popular categories (Steel, Flooring, Doors & Windows) so users can find products fast.
Nav_
Placed important categories like Construction, Plumbing, Electricals, Roofing, etc., for quick access.
Add more option to find out other categories quickly.
Shop by Profession
Created a section for Contractors, Plumbers, Electricians, and Carpenters to help them find what they need easily.
Clear product images & descriptions Helps buyers make the right choice.
